Be connected with your child's school through Join Our Class! Join Our Class provides a school directory at no cost, allowing you to engage with your school community and classroom activities. Optional upgrades are available for enhanced school communications, event sign-ups, and parent-teacher conferences.

This app serves as a companion to your school's Join Our Class account. Prior to using this app, your school or PTO must have a Join Our Class account, and you should have received an email invitation from your school.

Directory: The directory is free indefinitely and serves as the foundation for additional features in our premium plans. Discover more about your school community by accessing optional LinkedIn professional information of parents. The web application includes a map displaying families and features a playdate and carpool finder. School administrators or users with specific permissions can access emergency contacts, approved drivers, and medical contact details directly from their mobile devices.

Targeted Content and Messages: Tailor messages, announcements, blogs, event sign-up invitations, calendar events, and photo galleries to specific classes, grades, user-defined groups, staff members only, the entire school, or any combination of individuals or groups within the school directory.

Notifications: Receive mobile push notifications for newly created content (instant or daily summary) along with an optional weekly summary email digest.

Sign-Ups: The sign-up module is user-friendly and adaptable. Create sign-up events with timeslots, lists of items to bring, requirements for volunteer spots, or a combination of these elements in a single event. Although sign-ups are initiated on the web client, you can receive notifications on the mobile app when there is a relevant sign-up and complete the process on the app. Keep track of your sign-up event schedule using the mobile app.

Flexible Configuration: Customize directory fields, allocate permissions to specific parents for managing sign-up lists and class/grade communications, establish user-defined groups within the directory for after-school or other specialized activities, and explore various possibilities through our detailed permission and configuration framework.

Privacy and Security: Join Our Class operates as an invite-only system to safeguard your school directory information from external parties. Schools or PTOs must first enroll in a Join Our Class account and subsequently invite parents and staff members to utilize the platform. Directory members can choose to keep their phone numbers and addresses private from other parents in the directory.
